"There were many, many rat traps around the property outside and we saw a rat in our room! It came out from under the fridge, looked at me, and then went back under the fridge. Gross!"

"We stayed in the Caracol suite. It was amazing. The room was large, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good water pressure, but best of all was the view from the jacuzzi balcony. We loved every minute of our stay!"
