Es un destino favorito de los dominicanos que van los fines de semana a descansar a lo largo de los 10 kilómetros de playa de arena blanca, la cual está llena de hoteles, restaurantes, centros de buceo, bares, así como una gran cantidad de villas vacacionales privadas, desarrollos de lujo y modernos complejos de apartamentos. Además de la hermosa playa de Juan Dolio, esta zona ofrece muchos atractivos.
