We had an early appointment at the nearby US Embassy. The directions need to be improved. We were directed to the wrong Cayala Lofts (there are several) and the underground parking was a confusing maze without a map or arrows. Very handy to park and walk to nearby excellent restaurants. My guess is that the toilet and shower pipes are connected and they might be the same pipe somewhere down the like. Therefore, the smell. The coffee maker was broken. Coffee is a must how me every morning. It was a headache trying to get it fixed, so they finally replaced it. The staff though very polite, has very transactional communication, not very personal. Would I recommend it, because it was an exceptional place or experience? Not really.
