They said it was their lunch break and they just disappeared and comeback after two hours so we did reservations in another hotel but they didn’t help with at all. After everything they comeback and asked if we set up everything we told them yes and they disappeared again. Tiene todos sus servicios y las instalaciones son muy limpias. Recibimos una rápida atención a nuestras dudas por parte del anfitrión el cual fue muy preciso en todo. En cuanto al personal de seguridad recibimos una muy buena atención por parte de Pablo. Siempre amable y cordial. Durante nuestra estancia hubieron varios días de lluvia, por lo que perdimos la electricidad en todo el vecindario durante 7 horas aproximadamente. Nos hubiera gustado tener en el apartamento algunas linternas, velas y fósforos para ayudarnos durante este inconveniente. Como sugerencia diríamos solamente pulir, cubrir o afinar las orillas y esquinas de la mesa de vidrio que está en la sala para seguridad de los bebés/niños.
