I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience at the Casa Veranda Hotel. It seems that there were several issues with communication and service. However, you did mention that the cleaning staff was nice and that the room was spacious. The hotel's WiFi was average and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. Despite these positive aspects, you felt that the hotel was overrated and ultimately decided to switch to the Hyatt. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
