Apres de nombreuses heures de route nous avons bénéficiez d un accueill particulièrement chaleureux par des propriétaires d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous venons donc de passer 15 jours dans ce duplex entièrement équipé ou rien ne manque (idéal pour famille avec enfant ) duplex très bien entretenu avec une décoration soignée. Nous avons apprécié l'endroit pour son calme et la convivialité du voisinage , situé un peu à l'écart du centre ville tout en y étant à deux pas nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir aller à la plage à pied traversant de jolis sentiers. Ce duplex est très bien équipé ,avec des propriétaires tres sympathiques et soucieux de votre bien-être. L'emplacement est idéal car il vous permet de vous reposer et de faire de jolies promenades. Le centre est à 2 km et animé le soir. Torréviera n'est qu'a 13 km. Pour les amateurs de pêche, le canal de sortie du port est proche. Les plages sont propres et disponibles de ce côté du village. Bref, une location à conseiller pour tous vacancier possédant un véhicule pour faire les courses. Chacun peut y trouver son compte. Mon mari et nos 4enfants avons loué cet appart 2semaines la 1ere quinzaine de juillet, et nous avons eu ce que nous recherchions tant pour les enfants que pour nous-mêmes. un centre commercial avec de grands magasins a 15min, un supermarché a 5min, bien situé des commodités. Idéal pour les enfants, personnellement j'en ai de 20mois à 7ans et ils se sont franchement bien amusés. Les propriétaires adorables, chaleureux et disponibles, tout pour nous faire passer de bonnes vacances! Ils n'ont pas hésité à nous faire profiter de tous les bons plans de la ville et des activités, MERCI! Pour les adultes, la mer à 300m, le port, la verdure, le calme. Nous recherchions un endroit calme, à proximité de belles plages, et de l'annimation, sans pour autant la subir. C'est exactement ce que nous avons trouvé. L'appartement Superbe appartement neuf, avec de belles prestations, dans une zone boisée et calme, très proche de la plage, à l'ecart de la ville. Même si une voiture est indispensable, toutes les commodités sont à proximité.Propriétaires vraiment très sympas, et disponibles. La situation proche du centre ville - à 25 km d'Alicante et surtout idéalement placé pour accéder à de très belles plages, où chacun pourra y trouver ce qu'il recherche ( avec du monde ou isolé) Aucune remarque négative ---
