O local é muito agradável, as instalações são bem limpas, de bom gosto, o atendimento é excelente. Como a nossa viagem foi no início da semana, havia poucos hóspedes, o que dava um senso de tranquilidade maior. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos. Voltaremos com certeza!

Não foi muito agradável no cheking 0 valor era superior ao acertado na compra, o apartamento não funcionava a televisão, mudamos de chal´´em depois de tudo arrumado, no segundo esperar que ageite a geladeira pois nao tinha tomada t para ligar, somos idosos e nós cansamos muito com isso, á noite de sábado para domingos algém passou uma meia hora businandi era jpa quase meia noite, e para completar por volta das 6 hs da manhã, tivemos que levantar com um barulho de crianças fazendo barulho. Então como podemos gostar !!!!! Espero que o relato sirva para alguma coisa. Maria de Fátima Fontenele

Ótima opção de hospedagem na Serra de Guaramiranga. Estrada de acesso Redenção - Pacoti em bom estado. O hotel é bastante amplo com várias opções de lazer para crianças e adultos. Música ao vivo agradável nas noites de sexta e sábado.

Foi péssima pois o atendimento a pessoa não esclarece nada,não responde o hotel via WhatsApp. As informações passadas não passam segurança. Descontou do cartão a nossa estadia e não ficamos no local.disseram ia ter ressarcimento até hoje nada.
