"Excellent Location, but Service and Housekeeping Need Improvement
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone’s throw from the subway station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, shopping areas, and plenty of eateries.
The breakfast spread offers a good variety of choices. However, food items are sometimes not replenished promptly when they run out. There also seems to be a lack of staff to guide guests to their tables during breakfast.
Housekeeping is another area that needs improvement. Service was inconsistent, with towels or bottled water occasionally missing from the room.
Overall, while the hotel scores highly for its convenient location, it did not quite live up to the standards we have come to expect from other Novotel properties we have stayed at. Improvements in housekeeping, service consistency, and breakfast operations would certainly enhance the overall guest experience."
