The hotel itself is nice,the room was spacious,comfortable, clean, lovely bed, nice bath and powerful shower,no int.TV channels. What surprised me was the lack of toilet roll in the reception toilet, the fact that smoking was allowed in some areas, price for a swimming cap in the health centre was extortionate (necessary to have one to use the pool), the pool itself was small, poorly lit with very cheesy cheap-looking lights (something seen in a backstreet music club, not a 5\* hotel), no lifeguard. My biggest gripe is with the service and the buffet dinner though. Even though it was me who booked the room and paid for it, the receptionist failed to acknowledge my existence and spoke only to my husband(she spoke good English so I have no idea why she would ignore me), at the end of our stay she let us leave without charging us for dinner!
