Overall the hotel was clean and my room was clean. They have a mini fridge in the room and the soda and water are complementary. The surrounding areas was very safe as was all of China. Very close to all the local restaurants. McDonald’s and Starbucks was in the same building. The subway entrance was very close by. The staff were friendly. However the a/c in my room was malfunctioning, it will get to set temperature and will constantly turn on and off every 5 seconds; it turns on every 5 seconds then stayed off for 5 seconds and on again, so you will constantly hear the a/c start/air blowing every 5 seconds. For light sleepers, you will have a terrible time falling and staying asleep. So at night I just turn off the a/c completely. The other issue I had was that I brought my own bar soap which I left in a zip lock bag in the shower, I had only used it once, the next day the cleaning staff disposed of it.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom large with hot water. Good for longer stays. Staff helpful and attentive. Language an issue at times. Not many dining options in the area. Required travel to city commercial areas. The shopping areas are close but traffic can be a challenge.

The Hotel is perfectly located for the Canton Fair, rooms where comfortable with a great view, the Concierge Mr Fei was amazing, he solved us all issues and questions, he even gave us his We Chat in case any emergency. Thank you so much Fei, for sure next time we will stay at the Guangzhou Urcove Hotel.

Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife nearby. The surrounding area is especially lively in the evenings, with music and a great atmosphere. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room does not have a full-length mirror, which is inconvenient when getting dressed and checking your appearance before going out. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The selection and quality did not meet my expectations, and I ended up going out for breakfast every morning because there were much better options nearby. Overall, it’s a good hotel in a fantastic location, but improving the breakfast experience and adding full-length mirrors to the rooms would make a significant difference. I would consider staying here again because of its excellent location.

The room really noisy because the air conditioner. The wall is very thin and you can hear the condensation next door. Have to move to another hotel even pay the extra and wasted one night stay at the hotel . Never again

Overall good but the major issue was the HVAC system or bed sheets. No matter what I did I was sweating profusely at night. It was either the sheets or HVAC wasn't taking the humidity away.

UrCoveにしか最近は泊まりません。洗濯機も乾燥機も無料です。しかも部屋のテレビでその残り時間が確認出来ます。外出するとスタッフが衣類を取り出すのを助けてくれて部屋まで届けてくれます。ロビーのビールもリーズナブルな価格です。氷もくれます。ここに泊まる方が出かけてバーで飲むよりもずっと安いのです。ホテル内のレストランがまた良いのです。値段も手頃で料理の質が高いのです。 ロビーやバーの辺りにいつも蚊が多いのだけが問題です。このエリアに蚊取りを設置してください。北京でもUrCoveに泊まりました。全く文句はありません。レストランの品質も高いのです。 素晴らしい体験の出来るホテルです。
