For a property that caters for an international fair they are still in the last century. There are signs of water damage on the wall, the ceiling and the carpet near the balcony. There is infestation of cockroaches and there was even a giant spider one night (almost the size of a tarantula) near the curtain. Breakfast included is okay (not a buffet but they will bring the 4 items that you order from a list). It took over one hour to check in as they could not find my prepaid booking (yes I paid €700 one month earlier). I had to give them 5000RNB deposit on check in (about €750) - but I got this back after check out. Nice hotel overall but let down on the detail.
