I booked a room with two beds, but only received one. The map showed it was 8 minutes from Beijing Walking Street, but it was actually 30 minutes. The hotel was near Baiyun Airport, which was not as described. The room was very dirty, and the bathroom towels were torn. The staff were very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. When the hotel offered an airport shuttle service, the driver threw my family's belongings around, damaging them.
