I was a single female traveller so I had to make sure I feel safe in the area, and it definitely felt like that. It's also very closed to a central metro station so moving around was super easy! The location is close to very good local favorite restaurants and shopping malls of both high and regular ends. Staff is attentive, friendly, patient, and they took an extra step to make us feel welcomed and cared for. If there were needs they were taken care immediately. There were no microwave in our room, but they offered to heat our food in their restaurants. There were a few stains on towels. Floor was carpeted but you can see that the edges and corners were not cleaned with lots of dust. However, for 3 pax, we get a big space with living room and 2 bedrooms. We like the space for the price.
