We had to ask them and show the proof in order for them to give us the tickets. The room is not clean and stains on the bedsheets. The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor.
