They use translator app from their cellphone but it barely translates well. I'm not saying the service of staffs are bad, just that it was very hard to communicate even on the front desk, housekeeping also in the restaurant. And although I make reservation through Expedia, they asked to pay the payment for the nights I'm staying so it took very long to explain I already fully paid. When check out front staff told me I didn't get to pay 1 night. I stayed for Oct. 11 and check out Oct. 16th, but this staff counted as 6 nights. It is the math issue... Although my taxi was coming soon, this staff kept telling me I didn't pay 1 night and I tried to explain by showing the calendar to count the nights I stayed, but still doesn't seem to understand why it should be count as 5 nights. I wanted to speak to the manager, so I use the translator app to call the manager but don't even call the manager but the staff acted like counting the dates I stayed again and said ok to go.
