Rude employees and they just assist in their terms. Very conveniently located , seconds away from shopping, food, subway train and tourist activity and close to pearl river. Rooms especially bathroom is extremely dirty, broken toilet seat. Hotels need Remodeling desperately ... Rooms are damped. Building looks nice and grand from outside.
