The bad thing is no one speak English or any other
We shouldn't advertise Hotels like that in the UK because when I saw Green Tree Inn Hotel I thought it's English Hotel where you can communicate easily with staff but I was surprised on my arrival when they wanted to ask me my passport spent half an hour standing unable to check me in.Nobody speak French or English or what ever language than Chinese. I had to call a freind of me to be a translater and help check in.I had booked for 5 nights but only stayed for 2 because you ask for the Restaurant or anything else no one can understand you.
I had to move to a different hotel where there are few foreigners and staff speak a bit of English.
I won't advise anybody who doesn't speak Chinese to book that Hotel. Thank you.

The hotel is not bad but it would be better if they could communicate in English.
They are frendly the rooms are clean and did meet my expectations.
