Right at a central subway stop on Line 1, easy travel to many locations. It is a simple local neighbourhood hotel with a fruit (even durian) stand next door.

The location is great. Just opposite the exit of metro station. Direct metro from Train Station East. Room is clean and comfortable. Wifi in the room is ok. Will stay again next time when travel to Guangzhou.

Canton fair trip

Receptionist spoke good English, made all the difference. Hotel is right next to Peasant institute metro on line 1. A few minutes walking from being road, great tourist area. Clean room professional and friendly service at a fair rate

For the price it is a reasonable stay. Service is friendly and you get a decent room. There are no free amenities so you will need to buy water bottles and soap. Sheets for the bed were a bit stained. A/C works well and TV selection is good too.

Nice location but old

It is right next to exit B of MRT line 1 peasant Movement Institute Station 農講所站 within walking distance to廣州的北京路步行街. There are lots of eating places around. The hotel is old and Wi-Fi was kind slow. It was annoying because my job is heavily depends on the Internet.

Location is the best thing about this Hotel.Get down in peasent movement station exit A and you are in front of the Hotel. Cleaning staff was very kind and they changed towels and clean our room daily. Hotel room is ok for what you pay maybe just a door between bathroom and the room. The cheapest room bathroom a little bit small but the next one bathroom was better( I stayed 2 weeks for canton fair and upgraded the 2nd week). Now the front desk staff: Obviously they rotate staff, so 2 of the women were very kind and tried to help though they didn't speak english(only translating app) but the othe guys were terrible, 0 attitude at all and didn't even try to help. No laundry in the hotel just TIAN TIAN(laundry company in most of the subway stations) but when I was there they took 4 days to wash and dry cloth. I don't blame the hotel for the staff but it is something they should consider doing better. After all, I can say I had a good time in there.
