The hotel name was changed, hardly to find. Not convenient at all, not clean, no service, the service of reception is bad, not polite. Actually, in the receipt, it said that we can check-in anytime after 15:00, they will keep the room for us, but when we get there at 20:00, they said they can't find our order and they only keep the room till 18:00\. Finally, they said they give us a room that is upgraded, but when we get in the room, it is too old and dilapidated. The receptionist didn't say anything about staying in this hotel, until the next day when we back to our room and we can't get in and we went to find the receptionist to find out what happened, they said it is necessary to reactivate our room key everyday. And the receptionist cannot speak English and Cantonese, only Putonghua they can handle. Also, when we preparing our trip in GuangZhou, we didn't want to stay in an apartment hotel, because the website didn't state it we thought that it is not an apartment hotel, but we recognised it is when we get up to 4/F. Besides, there is only one key card for each room. Overall, a bad experience.
