I just wish all staffs were able to speak English as Guangzhou is a business center these days. However, I think it's good effort where they make sure at least one person is able to speak English. Property is clean. Stayed at the suite and they have in room laundry, although, laundry detergent wasn't provided so it's a little hassle. There is a minimarket connected to hotel for convenience. No cutlery is provided in room either so we obtained a disposable pack of fork knife spoon from the restaurant in the hotel. Very thoughtful housekeeping service - our plastic spoon broke and during housekeeping they left us a new pack of the cutlery without us requesting!
