No on premises parking. The only parking available is a good 15 min walk…and it cost 2500 pesos per day, if there’s availability…a little deceiving from their description.

It’s location. It was right in the center of everything. It had great views out the balcony . The staff was super attentive and helpful.

The hotel is located next to the university of Guanajuato, noisy at night but is expected. Nice and clean room. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location nestle between the Guanajuato University and the Guanajuato Cathedral close to all main attractions and still a good distance from all the night life noice, we loved it :)

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooftop balcony with great views. Central location to many walkable museums, restaurants, and markets. Guanajuato is a very lively town.

Friendly staff, always making sure we had everything we needed. Place is cozy and clean. Only bad is that the beds are a little too hard.

I was told Expedia books the cheapest rooms. Our room was tiny and had no windows however, the room was clean and very central to everything.

Hotel is historical and centrally located and you can walk everywhere, it met our expectations for the area. Staff were helpful and arranged private transportation to the airport.

Beautiful hotel! Location is great for exploring the city. Super clean and the included breakfast was very good and just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again if we return.

It was perfect. Lots of shops, restaurants and very close to funicular. All within walking distance. Stayed 2 nights in January 2024. Would highly recommend.

Excellent option right in centro historico
Hotel has a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with a stunning view of the city. The cleaning staff keep the place clean as a whistle.

Staff was great - spoke lots of English. Check in was easy and quick. Really nice property right in the middle of the action - lots of restaurants, stores, cake shops, cafes, etc.. right outside the property. Hotel is on main courtyard of town with great views of the town off the roof. Breakfast was an excellent buffet - it was at another property essentially across the road with quick access. Property was clean, in great condition, and shower was excellent with lots of hot water. Would recommend for your trip!

The hotel is great and the view on the second floor is fantastic. The staff is friendly but it’s noisy. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was hard to sleep with so much noise. It is likely different during the week.

Check-in was fine, I was about an hour early but went for a walk, leaving luggage with reception. When I came in to sit in the lobby, staff found me letting me know room was ready (earlier than 3 p.m.) I am "older" and there were several stairs up to the room. The maid, grabbed my bags and insisted on putting them in my room. Staff were helpful with maps and directions. As an non-Spanish speaker, desk staff spoke very passable English for tourist purposes. Feel very safe here considering there is a festival tonight. My room looks onto the University of GTO. Tonight is graduation. Feeling honored watching the activities from my balcony.

The hotel is very clean, the staff was sweet and very helpful. Location was perfect as everything was within walking distance. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet though this probably isn’t for you. There are bands playing right outside each night(super fun for us) you can see them from your balcony if you’re facing the school. One of the very few things we didn’t like was that they didn’t have ice machines. There is no restaurant on the property but with breakfast included they give you tickets for a restaurant just down the street.

Comfort and Elegance
My stay was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped in the lobby to my check-out, I was treated with the outmost welcoming treatment. The courteous receptionists helped me store and put my luggage in my room while I tour the city. Upon entering the room I was blown away with the cleanliness and elegant architecture and attention to detail. The housekeeping staff maintained my room clean throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made me feel valued as a guest. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit and stay.
