Maybe more food in the vending machines would be great as no food is avail and not so safe to be out in the streets at dark making it very challenging for a late night snack /meal. With that in mind, a mini fridge in the room may be a great addition. Closet space (lack of) was very disappointing and even more so the amount/lack of hangers.

First they couldnt find the reservation and left me waiting in the lobby about 1 hour. Then there was no remote for the tv in the room and the internet never worked. The next morning when we were getting ready someone from housekeeping opened the door when we still had 3 hours until check-out.

Ok but can be improved
Overall OK, cleanliness could be improved,I found several hairs on the bed, furniture and in the restroom. Also the check in could be a little more leniant, I arrived before the check in time and had to wait until 3PM to do so.

A very good option to stay in Irapuato.
A very good option to stay in Irapuato. The location is excellent. Good area of parking space. The only draw could be air conditioning that worked fine but is a window type and was a little noise.

I never received a Room because there said there did not got my Reservation I got Email that I checked in period of my arrival There said there don’t have my Reservation and there Booked out I barely could have conversation because of noise from Poeple in Front lobby Now I still waiting of my refund

I came for eye surgery, and the staff were wonderful. In particular, a young bi-lingual man on the evening shift was very helpful and kind. I think his name was Luis. He will go a long way in the hotel business. All was clean, pillows were the best I've had in many a hotel, soft enough, not rigid foam. Plenty of choice for breakfast, and the 24 hour coffee is perfect for us early wakers.

Thin wall, super weak shower, clogged drain
I stayed in this hotel (619) for 4 nights, and I will not use this hotel again. You can literally hear everything from your neighboring rooms. Everything. Seems to me that there is very few or no insulation between walls. Water pressure is very low, therefore, the shower was not comfortable at all. The drain on sink gets clogged every time used it.
