"This is a great sea Ranch property. It is a good balance of close to the ocean at a reasonable price. Highway one is right behind the property, but the noise did not bother us. The place is very well updated with lots of great amenities, including an espresso maker. It was very clean and has a great layout. The only thing that was a little hard to use was the outside patio area as there was a lot of dirt on the table and chairs so we did not eat outside. The location is great and it is easy to walk down to the beach."

"Beautiful house, well laid out, felt like you were in a tree house with all sides having great views! Great cross ventilation upstairs, well appointed kitchen. We would stay here again! Hot tub location was fantastic but took one full day to heat up which was frustrating as we had to talk with management for the first 24 hours. King bed needs to be replaced soon as had little support. Chairs in living room aren't made for those over 6 feet tall which was a problem."

"Charlie’s place is a perfect location for a peaceful retreat! My wife and I stayed here for a brief getaway after our wedding this place couldn’t be more perfect. The house is very thoughtfully designed and the location is fantastic with quick access to the ocean and forest. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Our room was so cozy and felt like being in a favorite aunt’s best guest room. The bed is a bit unwieldy in the room we were in (Evergreen) It’s very tall and the featherbed kind of sucks you into place and holds you there. However it was such a lovely stay and we will 100% be back. Do yourself a favor and get the muffins for breakfast with their excellent coffee drinks. We were thrilled."
