Fog, sun, and sea -- the ever-changing coastal light makes every morning feel new. Your deck is a front-row seat to the Pacific. Room for 6 in this 2-bedroom home. Restaurants and local shops are a short drive away. Small-town pace, big coastal beauty -- that's Gualala. Fish Rock Beach (two miles), downtown Gualala (five miles), the Gualala Arts Center (six miles), Gualala Point Regional Park (eight miles), and renowned wineries in Annapolis (20 miles) are all close by.
This peaceful property is a showcase of its surroundings, with a multi-tiered deck wrapping around three sides of the house. Sip your morning coffee outside, linger with a good book in the afternoons, and watch the nightly sunsets illuminate the ocean, the sky, and the treetops below.
Whether you spend your days surfing or beachcombing, the house provides a quiet respite at the end of the day. The split-level interior has been renovated throughout, offering all-new luxury amenities and appliances, rich details of natural wood, and windows framing the view at every turn.
At the heart of the house is a striking kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a live-edge center island. Gather around the dining room table for dinner and board games, retreat to the sunken living room for movies streamed on the smart TV, and sleep soundly in two bedrooms - each paired with a bathroom.

Beautiful!!!
It’s a lovely getaway from the rat race of the real world! The beds are extremely comfortable. Peaceful and quiet retreat. Make sure you pack everything you need to survive for however long you stay because once you drive up the winding mountain road, you won’t want to leave.
The house and views are gorgeous. Kitchen is well stocked. The first day the house was 86° inside and it took forever for the air to cool down the house. Also, there’s a woodpecker that lives in the house and pecks away at all times of day. Other than that, amazing and very lovely experience.
Sequoia Vista is an impeccable architectural gem with every detail exquisitely appointed. The expanded deck, chef’s kitchen and luxury finishes make this an unparalleled vacation destination.

Tranquil Luxury
My family vacation at Sequoia Vista was an unparalleled travel experience. Although a slight miscommunication impacted a seamless check-in, the local Vacasa team immediately addressed the issue with speed and efficiency. My mother and husband napped on the deck, serenaded by the sea lions barking from the coast, while the final preparations were set. The architecture of Sequioa Vista makes guests feel like they are living in an exquisite piece of art. Every window frames stunning natural landscapes, each more breathtaking than the next. The geodesic dome kitchen was a personal favorite of mine. The high-end appliances were a joy to prepare family meals with. The luxurious beds transported us to a profoundly deep sleep. The primary loft felt like a nest in the clouds on foggy mornings. A restorative steam shower or soak in the deep tub was truly the chef’s kiss to a day enjoyed at Sequioa Vista. The location was a few minutes from the Mendocino Stone Garden and the B. Bryan Preserve. If you are looking for sublime luxury, you will want to enjoy the unsurpassed experience of Sequoia Vista.
