This is the second time I have stayed here, great deal. It is less than a minute from the monastery/main plaza of Guadalupe. Rooms are basic but not cramped, and amenities include fluffy towels, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, wall table perfect for laptop typing, hair dryer, soap etc, and both times I have had good views: town and mountains last June, and this time the monastery. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Excellent hostal in the heart of Guadalupe

Hostal that feels like a hotel. Beautiful location, very comfortable beds and a lot of very nice small details in the room that improve your stay. Free guide to explore the town and surroundings. The only (minor) bad part was that wifi did not really work in the room (not even after the stormy weather).

La tranquilidad, la proximidad al Monasterio. La limpieza y el buen gusto de presentar de presentar la habitación. Excelente!!!! Perdí la guía que me prestaron pero la repuse. Hasta en eso son detallistas. Muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas no tienen detalles tan cucos.

La habitación sencilla, decorada con gusto y muy limpia. Camas cómodas. Tuvimos algún problemilla con la reserva, pero todo quedó solucionado en minutos. Se entra en el establecimiento y en la habitación con clave. Así que te puedes olvidar de llaves y tarjetas. Solo estuvimos una noche, pero muy agusto.

La ubicación es inmejorable y el hostal me ha encantado. Dispone de tantas amenidades en el baño y en la habitación, que no se encuentran hoy en día ni en un hotel de cinco estrellas. No le falta ni un detalle. El día de mi llegada pensaba darle la máxima puntuación y estaba deseando regresar pero al día siguiente sucedió algo que hace que le haya bajado la puntuación y creo que es algo muy importante a tener en cuenta antes de reservar este hostal y es que, si eres de los últimos en ducharte corres el riesgo de quedarte sin agua caliente, que fue lo que me ocurrió. Según me comentaron el problema fue que el calentador era eléctrico y había saltado la corriente. Tuve que estar esperando dentro de la ducha media hora para tener agua caliente y eso estropeó mi experiencia que hasta entonces había sido maravillosa.

Nos llegó un mensaje bastante tarde avisando de que no se podia aparcar cerca. Tampoco sabiamos que tenian 2 edificios y que nos mandaban al otro. Las habitaciones no estaban mal aunque con 2 camas algo pequeñas en vez de una habitacion de matrimonio. Lo que si me gustó fueron los detallitos que dajeron en la habitacion. En general le doy un 6.
