Upon entering, the first floor offers a space designed for enjoyment. A garage equipped with a stone oven—perfect for preparing roasts or pizzas in the traditional style—and a Type 2 electric car charger for added convenience. On this floor, there is also a private entertainment room with a 9-seat home theater and a popcorn machine, as well as a foosball table for fun times. There is also a guest restroom.

The first floor is the heart of the home. A spacious and elegant living-dining room features a large dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. The open kitchen, complete with a large island, is fully equipped and blends seamlessly into the space, allowing you to enjoy time together while cooking. From here, you can access the outdoor porch, the barbecue area, and the private swimming pool, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with a shower.

The second floor is designed for relaxation, featuring two bedrooms with double beds, full-length mirrors, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. One of them also has a desk, ideal for those who need a workspace. On this floor, there is a full bathroom with a modern designer bathtub.

The top floor offers privacy and luxury with the master bedroom, which features a custom-built walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a large window offering panoramic views of the valley. In addition, there are two further bedrooms with built-in closets and a separate bathroom with a shower, located away from the master bedroom.

To ensure a perfect stay, the villa features high-speed Wi-Fi, oil-fired heating, two fireplaces, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room. There is also a travel crib for the little ones.

All bookings require a security deposit of €1,000, which will be refunded once the reservation has ended and the cleaning and maintenance teams have confirmed that the property is in optimal condition.

The house is heated by an efficient diesel boiler, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment during your stay. Normal and proper use of the heating is included in the reservation, excluding abusive use. Examples of abusive use include: leaving the heating on with windows open, leaving it running for long periods when you are not in the property, or setting the thermostat continuously to high temperatures. If excessive use is detected, we reserve the right to apply an additional surcharge.

The boiler’s diesel tank will always be filled with enough fuel to guarantee normal and adequate use during the stay. In the exceptional case that the diesel tank is emptied due to excessive consumption during the stay, the guest will be responsible for refilling the tank and covering the cost of the additional fuel needed.
