Ubicado a unos pasos de Av. México, el proyecto está diseñado para inspirar experiencias, convivir con tus seres cercanos, relajarse y disfrutar de la ciudad en un ambiente de calma

Para estancias mayores a 1 mes, es necesario contratar nuestro servicio semanal de limpieza con un costo de $350 por semana.

Conocida por sus espacios verdes, calles arboladas y múltiples parques, la colonia Monraz está ubicada en una de las zonas más céntricas de Guadalajara. Ideal para quienes buscan una estancia en un lugar tranquilo y seguro, la colonia se encuentra a unas pocas calles de las principales vialidades de la ciudad.

En tu estancia con nosotros podrás disfrutar de los beneficios de su ubicación privilegiada; conocer la gastronomía de Guadalajara a través de sus taquerías o restaurantes de autor, relajarte mientras paseas por sus parques lineales y glorietas, o sentirte tranquilo sabiendo que estás rodeado de diversos bancos, plazas, supermercados y hospitales. Todo a solo un par de pasos de distancia.

Great place

Amazing place, exactly as pictured. The property has everything we needed for our stay and the view from the pool was incredible. There are nice restaurants from walking distance as well. The staff was very helpful with our needs.
