Still hard to pass up
This is a quaint hotel with excellent central location. Unfortunately the room I like which is adjacent to the convenient and attractive lobby is run down a bit. One lamp without a bulbs for example. The bedding also can be improved.

Great stay for the price!
Little room with the essentials! The only thing missing was a wash cloth so don’t forget yours or just buy one in the nearby stores. There’s no clothes hangers either. The AC is awesome! It is in the downtown/plaza area so it gets pretty loud really early. You are in the heart of the area. Just very convenient . At any rate I would still book this place again.

Hotel Jardin
Could not park by the hotel to load/unload luggage as it is right on the square.Had to park at another hotel which was 4-5 blocks away and carry luggage from there.The rooms were quite large and we were in the centre of everything.

We always enjoy our stay here. The off site parking has always been included. This time they charged us $250 pesos tho. We will not do that again.

It is really disappointing when the hotel is right in center but the standards is awful. The room was really dark, and the A/C was leaking water so we had water on the floor by one of the beds. No breakfast , no restaurant at the hotel and Wi-fi so slow that you can't practically use it. No parking at the hotel either.

Property was bright, clean & airy. They had a nice little rooftop deck overlooking the square which we enjoyed. The location was great in the center of town and a short walk to all the sights in town and distilleries. All the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful at all times of our trip. Will definitely be back

The hotel was very clean and offered free water fill ups. The wifi never worked and they had no hot water in the morning. I called downstairs and they said they would turn on the other boiler so I waited 30min and showered but got water ran out right away.

The hotel is located across from the main plaza, which made it "fun". We didn't have to walk long distances. It was very clean and staff was very kind.

Great location
The best thing about this hotel is the location. Walk out the door and you're in the midst of everything. But it's also a bad thing if you're sensitive to noise. You can pretty much hear everything so if you're a light sleeper go somewhere else. Staff were friendly and spoke good English, but the rooms could use a bit of an update. Another thing to note. Most of the rooms have internal windows that only go into the corridors. I think there are only two rooms that actually look outside.

We had a room on the 1st floor which was nice as my husband uses a wheelchair. The elevator was currently being repaired. The room was older but spotlessly clean. If I had a complaint it would be no closeby place for coffee & none available early in the hotel. Had to wait for the shops to open nearby.
