We have stayed at FCH both the Expo and the one in Providencia. Both hotels are conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff is very well trained a, bilingual ( English and Spanish) . The beds are clean and comfortable. This visit I was particularly impressed with the gentleman who assisted us with moving into our room and showing us how everything worked. Thanks for a wonderful one night stay.

The hotel is petit (like a boutique hotel), but very cozy, clean, quiet and with all necessary amenities. Staff was very friendly and breakfast at the restaurant was great. Thanks for the experience! :)

Affordable and Clean.

I was treated likr a king from the moment I arrived. Was given a tour of the hotel and shown all of its amenities. The pool area was clean, water was at a comfortable temperature, the rooms were spacious and spotless. I will most definitely return , even for a day trip, which by the way, the hotel offers day passes. I absolutely do recommend this hotel. Felicidades

Sanctuary in the Sun

This is my preferred destination when travelling to Guadalajara. The location is among the absolute best in terms of safety, tranquility and being centrally located. The FCH Hotel offers all of the same general amenities as a commercial hotel chain, but with a much more cozy and intimate vibe. There is a certain modern-retro feel to this hotel that is undeniably unique and very special. I don't feel that the hotel is in any great need of renovating, though some signs of age can be seen; cleanliness is top notch at this hotel. The ambience, to me, is very relaxing and soothing. The staff is very welcoming and is ready to help you with anything that you could possibly want or need. With the aforementioned combination of features and at a reasonable nightly rate, I would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Overall this is a great hotel, very clean and in a peaceful area. Shopping mall around area. Room was very clean and the cleaning ladies did a great job with stay overs. Down side is that you only get one capsule of Nespresso coffee, we had to run to soriana to buy our own, they were not refilled at all. Nice coffee machine though. There is not a lot of parking space. Angelica from the front desk is not great with customers, she was rude and does not know how to take care of hotel customers. We had originally rented two rooms for 4 nights, the day of check out we decided to extend one room for one more night because we had no where to leave our luggage while we were getting our car rental, we were planning on leaving late evening, we advised Angelica about our plans, she kept spying on us and even told her replacement to make sure they charged us for the two other people in our room, they followed us around and when they asked lady was rude about it. Basically be prepared for front desk to know your business at all times while you are there. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t because of how hungry they are to charge people instead of taking care of them.
