Ideally located just steps from the old village and 200m from the Port & Entertainment Center, this studio/alcove (23m²) on the 1st floor with elevator and private parking can accommodate 3 people. Enjoy a beautiful port view and a southwest exposure. Perfect for those on a budget.  
  
Entrance/alcove: single bed. Living room (sofa bed 160cm): TV, portable air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchenette. Bathroom - separate WC. Loggia (port view). Quiet surroundings for a relaxing holiday.  
  
Amenities: Washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, range hood, electric cooker and oven, microwave, TV, air conditioner  
The old village and its shops are a 10-minute walk away. Grazel Beach is 700m away, and Chalets Beach is 2.7km away.  
  
Pet fee (up to 10kg): €30 - Security deposit: €350 - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning service available for an additional fee. Electricity is charged extra from October to the end of May.
