On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen area (electric hob, coffee maker, fridge without freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, etc.), a bedroom with a single bed 90x190, a bathroom and separate WC. Veranda and terrace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and access to the balcony.
Access to the floor is via a steep staircase that can be dangerous for young children.

The spell of Gruissan comes from the magnific landscape which surrounds this little town. Here you can choose between large sanded beaches, wooded massifs and lakes.
