Residence located on the edge of the lagoon with a central swimming pool open from June to August. The sea is approximately 700 meters away, and shops are approximately 300 meters away.  
  
This air-conditioned vacation rental comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a dining area (sofa) and television, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a double bunk bed.  
  
On the mezzanine level, there is a double bed, a single bed, and a small single sofa. A fenced terrace with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue completes the accommodation.
