The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. The accommodation process was easy and simple. The food choice and option, both for dinner and breakfast were carefully catered. Ratio of charge for service was very fair and optimal. "

"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...
