If you've been looking for an escape from the city, you've found it! This Groveland home boasts enough space for all of your favorite people, as well as an excellent indoor/outdoor living flow.   
  
Under the radiant California sunshine, enjoy lounging on the deck, grilling on the barbecue, swimming in the community pool, or engaging in some playful competition over the tennis court or on-site golf course. Evenings outside pair perfectly with s'mores roasted over the firepit.   
  
Inside, the warm wood finishes, stone fireplace, and comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home. The living room boasts leather seating and a large TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The home's bedrooms are equally inviting with soft linens, tasteful decorations, and TVs. Children's games, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning round out the interior amenities.   
  
Minutes from your stay, find yourself on the beach - indulging in a lake day or exploring the area's numerous trailheads and state forests.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

#### Don’t pass this incredible home up!!

The best place I’ve rented in Pine Mountain Lake!! Don’t pass this house up! It’s so clean, all the amenities you’ll ever need. The location is amazing! The house is located on the golf course, walking distance to the club house, The Grill, pool and pickleball courts! The amount of wildlife we saw was incredible, felt like Snow White! We did not want to leave, we plan on renting it again in November! Thank you 😘
