"The room was clean. And was exactly what we expected based on the photos. The service was where I was most impressed. I forgot my apple watch in the room. I called while on the road from Yosemite to Sequoia NP and Christine took the time to personally check the room for my watch. Not once but twice when I called back to see if she checked some specific areas. She actually found my watch and is shipping it back to me! Thank you so much Christine! You sure made my day!❤️"

"It’s an older motel but well kept for its age. Clerk was extremely friendly. Grounds were very well kept. Beds were comfortable. Lots of places to walk to to eat or get ice cream. Very cute town. Would stay again."

"This is an older, historic hotel, and you can tell they try really hard to keep it up while preserving its history. It’s clean, and the staff is AMAZING and friendly. I always stay here if rooms are available, and get a lake view room. Location can’t be beat! "
