Beautiful Family Home at Pine Mtn. Lake - Deck,A/C, Wifi nearYosemite

  • Come play or relax in this new and beautifully-decorated home. Located on a quiet street with lots of trees and privacy. This 1700 square-foot home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a gated community. Within the gates you can golf, horse back ride, swim, boat or fish. The main marina has a very large sandy beach with volleyball, boating and a snack shack.

    The town of Groveland provides all the necessary amenities - grocery store and restaurants.

    The house is a great base for many day trips such as: Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Columbia State Park, Tuolumne Meadows and Gold Country mining towns such as Jamestown and Sonora, where there are lots of antique stores. Yosemite and Hetch Hetchy have many hiking and biking trails. The house is only 0.8 mile from the main marina/beach area. Renters pay $44 gate fee per car.
