"I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our time there. I got a room with a balcony as I always do but this time, the view was of a dead palm tree and the parking lot. We also had to endure loud obnoxious people leaving a wedding in the banquet room. I’m sure they had a great time but we didn’t enjoy their antics during late night hours. We will be sure to never take that room again."

"I previously stayed at this hotel and it was great however this last visit was not as expected. Upon arrival room was not properly cleaned, bathroom door wouldn’t lock, shower glass door would not open from one side, bathroom sink clogged/ slow drainage. We advised the front desk but, nothing was done in regards. "

"Stayed in the alcove room in the east building, very spacious. Love the transportation accommodations to the parks. Great fitness center. Great restaurants at the Swan and its sister hotels on property."

"Pool wasn’t very clean and the bar was dirty and smelled bad. Room was clean but there was a bug in one of the beds. Other guests were smoking marijuana in the parking lot outside our room and staff were also smoking around the property and we were told it was a smoke free property. Front desk staff were great and really helped us out when we told them we were leaving early due to listed issues. "
