In the heart of Clermont. 5 min. to Downtown 5 min to Waterfront Park. 10 min to the National Training Center. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 40 minutes to The Villages. Master bed is a King, Guest Bed is a Queen and the Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Full. Food Truck First Saturday of each month 3-7:00pm. Farmers Market each Sunday 10-2PM.\*Bed Linens are provided. (2) Pets allowed for a fee of $50 per reservation. Early Check In upon availability for a flat fee of $30\. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, very close, 3 min, to downtown Clermont. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fun stay. The host is very responsive and the check-in and out process was super easy! Its about 35min west of Orlando, an easy trip over if you want or need to go, but we preferred downtown Clermont and recommend Pepe's Cantina for yummy Mexican and Suncreek Brewery. ##### Amy B.
