Welcome to our beautiful HOME in this Clermont neighborhood, conveniently located to visit all the major restaurants, super stores and shopping outlets. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, we can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy the Clubhouse Amenities, including a pool and gym. Every room has been equipped and decorated to the detail. We want to host you and stay in your wishlist for vacations to come! In the ground floor the bedroom has one QUEEN size bed, upstairs there is a master suite with a KING size bed, another room with a FULL over FULL bunk bed; and another room with 2 TWIN size beds. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and complete cookware set. All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV, free WIFI. This unit has a covered porch with a private POOL for you to enjoy! \*PACK & PLAY: Available for FREE always at the listing. \*BABY HIGH CHAIR: Available for FREE always at the listing. We need time to clean the property for next guest. f) Extra Cleaning Fee: If guest leaves the property too dirty and/or messy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. This also applies to the use of glitter, confetti, silly string, water balloons, bath bombs or hair dye, which are not allowed at this property. g) Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable.
