Casa Brinchi is a spacious, detached house in the heart of Grotte di Castro, one of the most authentic villages overlooking Lake Bolsena.

Bright and welcoming, it features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lake views, and a private garden, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.

The central location allows you to walk to the historic center, making it the ideal starting point for exploring Tuscia.

Located in the heart of the village, it is just 10 minutes from Grotte di Castro beach, where you can spend pleasant days on the lake, enjoy activities such as SUP, canoeing, and boat rentals, or stop at the restaurants and kiosks overlooking the lake.

🛋️ The heart of the home is the large open-plan living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Here you'll find a comfortable sofa, a piano, and large windows offering views of Lake Bolsena and the surrounding countryside.

🍳 The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts: a dishwasher, a coffee machine with pods, and all the essentials for cooking, such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and a selection of teas and herbal teas.

🛏️ The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, while the second, particularly spacious, bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed.

🛁 There are two full bathrooms: one with a large shower stall and the other with a window, a bathtub and shower, and a washing machine.

Once inside, the house is almost entirely on one level, making it particularly comfortable and functional.
The only internal difference in height is two steps connecting the kitchen to the living area.
