House is fully equipped, including coolers and beach chairs you can bring on your beach days. Spent hours just enjoying the view, and don't miss the sunrise.House exposed to trade winds, which is a blessing and allow staying on the terrasse comfortably (when it's not windy it can get very hot).Lots of birds to observe on the cactuses and other trees around the backyard. Iguanas are frequent visitors of the pool patio.Very quiet neighbourhood.
