Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen. Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Fast alles vorhanden was man braucht, leider aber keine MiniBar im Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer beinhaltete zusätzlich eine kostenlose Minibar und das Upgrade wurde uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Entfernung nach Frankfurt ist noch akzeptabel. Man man mit dem Auto oder Taxi bis zum nächsten S-Bahnanschluss fahren und dann auf die Bahn umsteigen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
