Grossstrubel Mountain

The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

千万别踩坑，这家住宿态度差，糟糕透了，是我住过的最差的酒店！千万不要踩坑！超级差！安排房间有歧视，我们亚洲人不要入住这个酒店！听劝！Avoid this place at all costs. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and the overall experience was absolutely awful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. Nehmen Sie diese Warnung ernst und machen Sie nicht denselben Fehler. Extrem enttäuschend!

Very nice hotel with beautiful view . The staff were wonderful . Specially Cruz and Melina . Good breakfast . Loved their spa too
