Der ehemalige Pferdestall bietet im EG einen großzügigen Wohnraum mit Kaminofen und integrierter Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schrank sowie Duschbad, welches nicht gefliest wurde, sondern beschichtete Natursteinwände aufweist.
Im OG 2 weitere Schlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Duschbad, sodaß mit dem Schlafsofa im EG 10 Schlafplätze vorhanden sind.
