### Designerappartement - cool und stylish, Faßsauna, für 1-2 Personen

Summary:  
  
Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

#### Sehr tolle Unterkunft

Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe und Detailgetreue hergerichtet. Die Anlage mit den Pferden und den Störchen auf dem hohen Kamin super schön. Es befindet sich zwar noch im Bau. Man kann aber erahnen und zum Teil sehen, dass megatoll wird. Zudem gibt es für jede Unterkunft einen eigenen Stellplatz. VG aus Berlin

#### Ungewöhnliche Wohnung im Denkmal

Eigentlich wollte ich mit meinem kleinen Sohn nur irgendeine kostengünstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe von Dresden - möglichst Bauernhof oder sonst wie mit Tieren - finden und dort ein paar Nächte verbringen; daß es ein tolles Appartement mit ganz individueller und gestalteter Einrichtung in direkter Nachbarschaft einer großen Reitanlage werden würde, hatte ich nicht im Traum erwartet. So kamen wir beide voll und ganz auf unsere Kosten; mein Sohn den ganzen Tag auf der Reitanlage unterwegs, das erste Mal im Leben auf einem Pferd gesessen und ansonsten viel mit Hund und Katze gespielt - und ich konnte in dem schönen Appartement entspannen, am Teich die Seele baumeln lassen und uns abends auch noch etwas schönes kochen. Tolles Konzept, wir kommen wieder!

Zugegebenermaßen waren wir ziemlich skeptisch bei dieser Bezeichnung: Designerstudio, was soll das schon sein? Aber der Name paßt tatsächlich wie die Faust auf's aus Auge; Granitsteinwände unverputzt, Ziegelgewölbedecke, die meisten Möbel als Einzelanfertigung vom Tischlermeister, Granitfußboden auf Fußbodenheizung und ein wirklich witziges Badezimmer; aus Platzgründen wurden Dusche und WC kombiniert, was wir wahrscheinlich beim gerade anstehenden Ausbau unserer Einliegerwohnung übernehmen werden. Danke ans sehr freundliche Team, wir kommen wieder.
