Excellent villa in gated community

This property suited the two of us completely. Marie Luc treated us extremely well, giving us produce from her sons garden and fruit from her own. She made us so welcome. It was within walking distance of the beach bars , supermarket. Thank you Marie Luc for a lovely holiday.

Une jolie petite maison dans une belle propriété. La vue sur la mer, sa proximité, le calme et une adorable hôtesse ont rendu nos trois semaines en corse inoubliables. Que dire de plus ? La location est vraiment agréable et madame Torre tellement charmante, pleine de petites attentions et de bon conseil. Maman Corsica, comme nous l'avons surnommée, nous a donné le virus de la Corse, alors... à l'an prochain et merci pour tout.Nancy et Éric, et Opamé, notre petite chienne qui a apprécié le beau jardin.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön, gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand. Es gab nur ein Minuspunkt: das Geschirr musste man vor der erstnutzung spülen, war etwas fettig. Dafür waren die Besitzer super nette Menschen :-)

Excellent sèjour à Porticcio

Un excellent souvenir de notre sèjour chez Mr et Mme Torre. Nous connaissions l'amabilité des Corses et Madame Torre nous a comblés de part son extrème gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité, comme si nous étions de sa famille. Maison agréable dans un grand parc et avec le parking et très bon emplacement avec vue sur le golfe d' Ajaccio et les îles sanguinaires.

Attention pas si exceptionnel....

Emplacement de cette location a proximité de la plage et tous commerces, restaurants etc... Situé dans une magnifique propriété, ce bien reste cependant très restreint pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Loué pour un 60m2 et deux salles bains, il faudra hélas constater que ce bien ne propose qu'un peu plus de la moitié de la surface indiquée sur l'annonce et également d'une seule salle bain. Par conséquent, on loue un bien par rapport à son espace, on se retrouve dans un endroit restreint. Il serait souhaitable pour le client que cette annonce soit rectifiée rapidement afin que le touriste ne soit pas grugé.... De plus, ça manque gravement de rangement puisque on dispose que d'une seule armoire .... pour 4 !! Les ustensiles de cuisine sont particulièrement usés tout comme le linge de maison qui je rappelle est gracieusement offert... Les 2 chambres n'offrent pas de confidentialité puisque une cloison les sépare au 3/4 de sa hauteur.... Nous n'avons pas pu disposer de sceau et serpillière, de produits de nettoyage, .... Si certains apprécient ce type de location, alors n'hésitez pas car idéalement placé, faut reconnaître. Mais louer un bien pour 60m2 une certaine somme d'argent et se retrouver qu'avec un peu plus de la moitié de sa surface, ce n'est pas honnête pour des gens qui viennent chercher autre chose que de l'arnaque.... Cela fait plus de 20 ans que nous venons en Corse, jamais cela ne nous etait arrivé. Faites attention . Nous aviserons dès que possible Abritel

Une envie d'y revenir...

Des hôtes charmants qui nous ont donné envie de revenir en Corse. La location est à proximité des plages et des commerces et un point de depart idéal pour visiter le sud de l île.Nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour.

Magnifique résidence, idéalement située, très calme, très fleurie. Plage, commerces et animation à 10 minutes à pied, 2 minutes en voiture. Super séjour dans ce logement très bien situé.

Le logement est agréable et bénéficie d un environnement très calme, avec commerces et plage à proximité, le tout à un quart d heure de l aéroport. Vue mer depuis la terrasse où il est possible de prendre les repas. M. et Mme Torre sont très accueillants et disponibles.
