  • Nice three-room apartment with independent entrance and automated gate, exclusive and fenced outdoor area of ​​about 90 square meters. Die perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen Urlaub am Meer!

Bei dieser Ferienwohnung hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Die Fotos auf der fewo-Seite geben die hübsche, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung sehr gut wieder. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse sowie den ganzen Bereich ums Haus mit Carport hatten wir für uns allein. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, und mit vielen netten Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten und kleinen Geschäften in der Nähe waren wir bestens versorgt. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind superliebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, Ein- und Ausschecken klappten völlig unkompliziert. An diesen Urlaub werden wir uns immer gern erinnern.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung.

Der Ort selber hat sich aus einer Urlaubssiedlung entwickelt, daher wird es immer noch am Wochenende belebter. In der Woche ist es ruhiger. Man ist halt mittendrin im italienischen Leben.

italienisches Leben - Vita italiana

Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet. Lage mitten im Zentrum und nah beim Strand wunderbar. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus absolut notwendig und gut. Terrasse sehr privat und geschützt - und doch waren die Geräusche des italienischen Lebens sehr präsent (Pizzeria gegenüber, Gespräche auf der Straße, Verkehr). Wir haben das sehr genossen, aber sehr geräuschempfindliche Personen fühlen sich vielleicht gestört. L'appartamento era arredato in modo funzionale. Posizione meravigliosa in pieno centro e vicino alla spiaggia. Proprio parcheggio presso la casa assolutamente necessario e buono. Terrazza molto riservata e protetta - eppure i suoni della vita italiana erano molto presenti (pizzeria di fronte, conversazioni per strada, traffico). Ci è piaciuto molto, ma le persone molto sensibili al rumore possono sentirsi disturbate.

Tolles Appartment

Tolles Appartment in super Lage. Bis zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten, ebenso wie zu sämtlichen Geschäften und Restaurants. In der Nähe befinden sich Spielplätze und ein Wochenmarkt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und war sauber. Die An- und Abreise war auch völlig problemlos, da wir vorher vereinbart haben wann wir an- bzw. abreisen wollen. Giancarlo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Hervorragende Adresse und Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist Top-Ausgestattet und Dank der zentralen Lage schnell beim Strand, im Restaurant oder bei den vielen Einkaufsläden. Herr Giancarlo ist ein unkomplizierter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, unsere Wünsche (Bettwäsche hatten wir leider nicht bestellt – wurde rasch nachgeliefert) hat er prompt und sehr freundlich erfüllt. Absolut zu empfehlen, gerne wieder!!!

Petit appartement situé dans une rue très fréquentée

Appartement situé non loin de la plage avec emplacement privatif pour la voiture, mais malheureusement non climatisé. Nous étions obligés de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit d'une rue très fréquentée aussi bien par des passants qu'avec des voitures, camions..La famille Tarmati était très acceuillante et très aimable, et elle a essayé de nous rendre notre séjour le plus comfortable possible.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza nella casa del Sig. Giancarlo.L 'appartamento,pulitissimo,e' corredato di tutto il necessario. Comoda la veranda esterna, molto ben isolata dalla strada. Lo spazio esterno rende la casa molto adatta ai bambini e la possibilità di parcheggio interno, con cancello automatico, e' veramente comodissima. La casa e' situata in posizione strategica per la spiaggia, i negozi, il supermercato e tutti i principali servizi.Il proprietario e' una persona cortesissima e oltremodo disponibile.Che dire di più? Speriamo di ritornarci presto !

Entspannter Urlaub in Marina di Grosseto Folge 1

Dieses Jahr im Mai waren wir das erste Mal zu Gast in Matina di Grosseto und somit auch erstmalig in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr sehr freundlich von Herrn Tarmati und seiner Tochter begrüßt. Für uns und unsere kleine Hundedame war ausreichend Platz vorhanden und es war alles vor Ort, was man so braucht. Von den Kochutensilien, über Geschirr, bis hin zum Fön alles da! Die Lage ist bombastisch. In 1 Minute steckt man mit den Flipflops bereits im Sand und kuckt aufs Meer. Geschäfte, Cafes und der Supermarkt, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und eine mega gute Pizzeria liegt direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Bei Folge 1 wird es definitiv nicht bleiben, Denn wir kehren ganz bald zurück!!! Mille Grazie an Giancarlo und Benedetta!

Giancarlo hat uns mit seiner Tochter sehr herzlich empfangen. Uns alles erklärt was zu klären war. Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Perfekt für badeurlaub..wenige Minuten vom Meer.. zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für Ausflüge innerhalb der Toskana..(Cascate del Mulino..kostenfreie wunderschöne thermalquelle..perfekt für Ausflug nach rom..ab grossetto Ort direkte Zug Verbindung 2 std. ..entspannter Aufenthalt ohne auto:-) oder der nachbarort castiglione delle pescaia. Für den Einkauf Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.. Restaurants auch....somit geeignet für den perfekten ..erholsamen Urlaub.. giancarlo nochmals vielen lieben Dank Maria und jörg

Wunderschöne Herbstferien

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hiflsbereit. Auch eine späte Ankunftszeit ist kein Problem. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann bequem zum Strand, zur nächsten Bar, und zum Hafen um zu Angeln. Außerdem kann man von Marina di Grosseto aus schöne Ausflüge in die Maremma, nach Grosseto und Saturnia machen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Vacanza fantastica

Appartamento centrale in Marina di Grosseto, pulito, ricco di ogni comfort e a 100 m dal mare (pienamente corrisponedente all'annuncio) ideale per famiglie con bambini/ragazzi. Spazio esterno ampio e posti auto(2) indispensabili a Marina. Il fatto che vengano accolti i nostri amici a quattro zampa é già di per sé un'ottimo biglietto da visita. Il proprietario, Signor Giancarlo, é persona affabilissima e gentile ma soprattutto molto disponibile.

Casa ottima x il mare e x chi ha dei bambini (io 2) parco giochi nelle vicinanze ottimo. Casa molto fresca e molto accogliente ,cancello automatico x le uscite serali senza pensare al posteggio. Poi il poprietario SIG. GIANCARLO molto gentile e molto disponibile x qualsiasi cosa, consiglio questa casa con un detto di tanti anni fa ........PROVARE X CREDERE.........(Testi graziano)

spazio all'interno molto limitato, soprattutto per la cameretta che ha dimensione di un armadio a muro, al cui interno ha un letto a castello peraltro instabile. Pulizia approssimativa, fra il muro e il letto ho trovato fazzoletti sporchi, calzini e sotto il letto una maglia di ospiti che hanno occupato precedentemente l'appartamento. Inquilini del piano di sopra rumorosissimi ad ogni ora. Il proprietario gentile, ma onnipresente.

Adatta anche per i nostri amati cani

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in questa comodissima casa . L'abitazione è situata in centro a Marina di Grosseto, a due passi: dalla spiaggia (libera o nei bagni) dal lungo mare ed negozi. La casa è arredata con gusto ed i colori che predominano sono il bianco ed il celeste , pulita e ben accessoriata può ospitare tranquillamente anche sei persone in quanto gli ambiento dentro non sono molto piccoli , la veranda esterna è fresca( come tutta la casa) rimane molto ben isolata dagli sguardi indiscreti sicchè viene sfruttata in tutte le sue potenzialità Il giardino può ospitare fino a tre macchine cosa veramente comoda xchè a marina di grosseto durante i periodi estivi ci possono essere molte difficoltà a trovare i parcheggi in centro permettendo al turista di spostarsi x andare anche in località vicine come Castiglion della Pescaia, Talamone, l'Argentario e tutte le altre bellezze che la maremma offre Per chi ha un cane è perfetta, poichè c'è molto spazio esterno ed interno, inoltre le comodissime porte finestre permettono al nostro cane di essere libero di stare sia dentro che fuori CONCLUSIONI LA CONSIGLIAMO VIVAMENTE sia x la casa che x il simpatico ma discreto Padrone Giancarlo

La descrizione dell'inserzione riguardo posizione e servizi offerti era perfetta. La casa pulita e ordinata con arredamento nuovo e moderno, e soprattutto giardino con posto auto comodissimo. Proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo, addirittura ci ha indicato uno stabilimento balneare molto buono e comodo per la vicinanza alla casa.Per quanto riguarda il luogo molto tranquillo forse anche troppo per i nostri gusti. La sera andavamo spesso a Castiglione della Pescaia in quanto pieno di ottimi ristoranti e con molta più vita. Per il resto permanenza ottima lo consiglio.

Appartamento comodo e pratico

L'appartamento non è grandissimo, ma pratico, funzionale ed in buono stato. Nella camera matrimoniale siamo riusciti ad inserire il lettino da campeggio per la nostra bambina. Comodo il posto auto (ne entrano anche due) e lo spazio esterno dove abbiamo sempre mangiato. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente spiaggia, negozi e servizi (ottima la gelateria all'angolo!) Ubicazione ideale quando si è in vacanza con bambini piccoli. Il proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile. Consiglierei questo appartamento!

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO E PROPRIETARIO CORDIALISSIMO!!!

"Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, perché la casa è accogliente e molto pratica per ospitare una famiglia di 4 persone. Infatti, c''è tutto ciò che serve e lo spazio esterno è molto utile soprattutto per il parcheggio della macchina. La casa, poi, si trova in una situazione davvero strategica per il fatto di avere tutti i principali servizi vicini (c''è perfino un''ottima gelateria all''angolo della strada e il mare è davvero a 5 minuti a piedi). Il proprietario, infine, è una persona davvero gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Secondo me è una proposta da consigliare!!!"
