"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."

Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! Overall an amazing feeling making me want to come back and I already wished I stayed in the area a second night just because of your hotel! Felt relaxed thanks to this atmosphere! "

"I paid more than my colleague for my two night stay. He had full pool and gym access whereas I did not have any access to either. They asked me for another 50 euro if I wanted a swim. Reception staff were rude and dismissive."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
