The "Wellenklang" Four Seasons holiday rental, located in Building 4, Apartment 21, welcomes you right on the beach promenade in Großenbrode, in an exclusive location just 50 metres from the fine sandy beach and the Baltic Sea.

With its well-thought-out layout, this 49 m² holiday apartment offers ample space for up to four guests and features modern, functional amenities and an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The apartment is located right on the waterfront and stands out for its rural yet central location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities.

A cosy living room with a TV, radio, sofa, and armchairs ensures pleasant moments throughout the day. Large windows with privacy screens guarantee privacy while offering an impressive view of the sea. A spacious dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals, and the high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm with a full-length mattress) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep.
The covered balcony is furnished with patio furniture and sunshades, offering you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the extraordinary ocean view at any time of day. The separate, cosy bedroom (2 mattresses measuring 0.90 × 200 cm) is equipped with another TV and invites you to enjoy restful nights.

The enclosed, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A stove, oven (including a microwave), refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen utensils are at your disposal. The nearly new bathroom features a shower with a tub, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirrored wall. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.

The holiday rental is also equipped with free Wi-Fi. A private, free parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival and departure—travelling by car is recommended. In addition, a garage is available for guests to store their bicycles.

The area surrounding the accommodation offers a variety of amenities: within walking distance, you’ll find a doctor’s office, a supermarket, ATMs, and playgrounds. Thanks to its proximity to the sea and the beach, there is a wide range of recreational activities available: swimming, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, beach volleyball, basketball, Nordic walking, cycling, jogging, and hiking are all possible, as are surfing and sailing. Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
