Welcome to the sea view villa – you can't get much closer to the sea. The "Beach Love" apartment is located on the first floor and offers three rooms in approximately 66 m² – divided into two bedrooms, a shower room, and a light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. The special highlight is the south-facing balcony with its breathtaking sea view.

The communal sauna in the building can be used free of charge.

The "Sea View Villa" is in a prime location, just 50 meters from the beach! And the house is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on vacation:

Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, a bicycle rental shop, and – for the more active guests – a fitness studio are also within an 800-meter radius.

You can conveniently park your car in the building's parking lot (usually underground garage) – and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around is on foot or by bike. For travel to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, there are several buses a day. This offers excellent flexibility. Großenbrode is also a fantastic starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour – even faster with an e-bike – or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and cycle directly to Fehmarn.
